If you attend, plan for a long outdoor wait, limited shade, dense pedestrian movement, and a slow departure. Do not enter the water or release an object unless the current event instructions explicitly permit and manage it.
Book lodging and any must-do attraction early enough to preserve refundable choices, but wait for official schedules before building a minute-by-minute event day. Pearl Harbor programs, state parks, tours, and restaurant plans can each have their own reservation system.
